Breathwork for Athletes

Breathwork is simple, yet powerful practice with roots in pranayama. It is a three-part breath cycle of active meditation that helps you get out of your brain and sink into your body during the hustle and bustle of busy life.

During this group Breathwork circle, we'll be focusing in on what it means to be an athlete. We'll share what it means for each of us to call ourselves athletes, how embracing athleticism has benefited more than just our bodies, and how claiming that title has changed and evolved through our time at Solcana. We'll then use the breath to clear out any remaining limiting beliefs we might have around ourselves and our abilities with the breath.

This circle (and Solcana Fitness in general) is a safe space to share, breathe, and heal without shame or judgement. All our invited and welcome.

Please bring something to to write on, a pen or pencil, and an eye pillow or other eye covering if you'd like.
