I’m joining forces with my friend and co-worker, Tatum Fjerstad, on New Years Day to offer a powerful 2-hour workshop combining yoga and breathwork. Together, we intend to kick off 2019 feeling empowered, charged up and truly connected to ourselves.
This isn’t your typical New Year’s Day workshop. Rather than shunning 2018 and sending it packing, we’re going to take time to express gratitude for the lessons, growth and change we’ve experienced over the past year. Then, we’ll look forward with that same gratitude for what is to come and the recognition that we have very little control over what that looks like.
We’ll start with a bit of discussion and journaling, before Tatum guides us in gently and dynamically moving our bodies. After your final resting pose, I’ll lead a powerful Breathwork session to clear our the old and welcome in the new.
Breathwork is an active meditation that helps release old wounds, shed limiting beliefs, connect to your intuition, and allow intentions to integrate into the physical and energetic bodies. It’s like an emotional scrub brush for the body! Through this release, Breathwork creates space for new energy and ideas to grow and thrive.
No previous Breathwork or yoga experience necessary. Wear comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat, and also an eye covering if you want. Exchange is $40 early bird and $45 at the door. Space is limited to 15 participants.
