+ What is a health coach?
Health coaches are people that hold space for you, allow you to discover what you really want, and help you create a plan of action to get there. Coaches believe that you are the expert when it comes to yourself and your health - and because of that, you hold all the necessary answers within. Coaches help advise you as you create your own plan, and support you as you follow through with it.

+ Do you supply meal plans and recipes in your coaching?
In short, no. While there are coaching programs out there that focus on specific diets and pre-set meal plans, my expertise is in helping you discover what works best for you.
While some of my clients like to work on dietary changes in our time together, others feel happy with their current diet and prefer to focus on other goals. Our time together is guided by your specific health and wellness goals.
+ Does your coaching happen in person or over the phone?
I conduct all my coaching sessions over the phone or via computer. This allows me to record our sessions so that you can go back to them whenever you need/want. My clients love not having to take notes during their sessions since they know that I’ll be providing my own notes about what we covered. Plus, they’ll have access to the call recording forever.

All I ask is that you show up with an open mind, open heart, and open to taking action on your goals.
