I would wholly recommend anyone try Breathwork with Amy. I’d done pranayama in yoga classes before, so I assumed upfront that doing a Breathwork session would basically be the same. But this was much better - it felt deeply cleansing in a way I didn’t know I needed.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is an active meditation for healing. You breathe with an open mouth into the lower belly to stir up the emotional center and shake up your core beliefs. You draw the breath up and into the chest to wash those emotions with self-compassion and a tender heart. You exhale through the mouth to release and let go. The session moves energy in your body in a way you may have never experienced before. People often experience feelings of deep relief, clarity, and calm after their sessions. What you'll need:
* A quiet, safe, uninterrupted space to lie down and breathe for an hour
* A computer or phone to play the audio file
* A pen and paper to free write about your thoughts/feelings/experience
* An open mind and open heart
